Crafting BizVid pedicure videos are a major feat.
As THE video production company in San Diego, sometimes BizVid Communications creates our videos by the foot. Let us explain. One of our longtime and beloved clients is CND, which stands for Creative Nail Design. Thanks to their marketing and training teams, as well as founder Jan Arnold, they keep us pleasantly busy year in year out. Recently we took a blog break during one studio session where we produced a special pedicure application. We’ve done a number of them in the past as well and it’s great fun.
We thought this would give you a little different angle on doing video production. We mean this both figuratively and literally. BizVid partner Caz Taylor actually delivered this video blog from the studio floor as we prepared to get up close and personal with one of CND’s popular hand and foot models. We love bragging on our clients and that’s an easy task with CND. They are award-winning, trend-setting and classy in all they do. This even extends to the models they hire. Some may think it is an easy thing to be a good hand and foot model. That couldn’t be further from the truth.
You should try sitting on one position for hours on end. You should see how it feels for a nail pro to work on a toe or finger nail, under bright lights: cleansing it, using a cuticle remover on it, polishing it, coating a couple times, buffing it, then removing everything and starting over. These ladies certainly have the most buff (and buffed) fingers and toes in town. In fact, the models in our videos have had toe and finger spreads in the best known fashion magazines in the world.
BizVid loves producing videos. It is such a varied business. This particular CND session reminds us how we’re willing to go to the mat for our clients. In this case, we’ve gone to a specially designed foot table.
