Welcome to another Premiere Pro video tutorial developed by BizVid Communications a leading video production company in San Diego. Today I’m going to show you how to generate a circle similar to what you might see when a specific section needs to be highlighted.
First I’ll bring my assets into the timeline. This is a publicity picture of some of the Emmy Awards we have received over the years, but it needs to be sized properly. So let me right click on the clip and check “Scale to Frame Size.” You probably won’t have to do that. Next, I’m going to position my mouse on the “New Items” folder and click. Then, I’m going to scroll down to “Transparent Video” and click….it will default to the correct size of the project so I will click “OK” I now have a new transparent clip in the “Project” pane and I’ll click and drag it and place it on video track 3.
